YLHS Graduation Celebration 2020

Which graduating class will be the first (only?) to graduate on campus next to the Mustang Statue? THE CLASS OF 2020! Please join us on Wednesday, June 10th for our celebration of the class of 2020. Details can be found by clicking on this news item. As Principal Flynn has said, "It will be a memory the class of 2020 will share for a lifetime." Later in the day, at 6:00pm, we will broadcast the "Virtual Yorba Linda High School Graduation Ceremony" on ylhs.org. Like the Senior Awards, this will be broadcast via YouTube.

Principal's Message

Welcome to Yorba Linda High School, home of the Mustangs! Since opening in 2009, YLHS has built a reputation for academic excellence, strong community ties, and student engagement. As a California Distinguished School and a Gold Ribbon School, we have a 90% pass rate in Advanced Placement exams and rank among the top 10% of public high schools in Orange County.

Our mission is to have every student "Run with the STAMPEDE"—embracing Service, Teamwork, Achievement, Mastery, Passion, Ethics, Dedication, and Excellence. These values guide us in preparing students to demonstrate respect, responsibility, and integrity.

At YLHS, our dedicated teachers and staff are committed to student success both in and out of the classroom. We offer numerous opportunities for involvement in quality programs, including athletics, arts, and clubs. Here, every student can find their niche.
