Great News - If you haven’t heard, we have two new coaches on staff - Kino Oaxaca has taken on head coach of Men’s Soccer and Jason Pietsch will be heading up our Men’s Basketball team. Good luck to both teams! Go Mustangs!!
Prom Week - For your Planning – Friday, May 13th – Assembly and Prom on Friday Night at Angel Stadium. If you want to stop by and see our kids all dressed up, see Jason.
Seussical, the Musical – presented by the YLHS Theater Department continues this week on May 11th, 12th and 14th at 7:00 p.m. and 2:00 on Saturday in the forum theater. Make sure you take the time to see how talented our students are in this performance. Thanks for all your time and dedication, Cathy Petz in bringing this fun play to YLHS.
YLHS Community Volunteer of the Year for 2010-11 - is our PTSA President, Suzie Alexander. Suzie has been with us from the very beginning to establish our PTSA program, along with all the parent committees that support our programs. The PYLUSD School Board will honor all community volunteers at the May 10th school board
meeting. A Big Thank You to Suzie for a terrific two years as our PTSA President.
